More than just a Gym
Alongside access to all our excellent gym and spa facilities, we actively try to motivate our members to make sure they are getting the most out of their memberships.
Each membership includes a complimentary and comprehensive gym induction, to ensure all members are confident in using the equipment. Our aim is to build fitness programs to suit each individual, to enable you to work towards and achieve your goals.
We are proud to boast one of the most elite gyms in South Yorkshire, with state of the art equipment and facilities, fully qualified staff and an excellent range of fitness classes. Whether you are looking to get into shape, loose some weight or just improve your health, we can tailor your personal program to make sure you’re getting as much as you can out of your membership.

All members have access to a 1-2-1 appointment every 3 weeks. This could be allocated to any of the following:
Re-assessment
Review & update of your existing programmes to reflect your performance over the past few weeks and months.
1-2-1 Training sessions
Learn something different like Olympic lifting and Omnia or just challenge yourself and your body in a one-off session.
Group training sessions
Train with a friend and challenge yourself and your body in a one off session.
Nutrition advice
Get help with planning your diet and adjusting your food intake to get the best out of your training.
Biometrics
Take stock of where you are by getting analysed with our Tanita scales and get information on your biometrics.
Technogym – My Wellness Cloud
We are proud to be host to the mywellness cloud at The Club. Providing you with a central online portal to view and analyse all your physical activity and health data in one place.
You can track your activities both in and outside the gym, and even link your favourite apps, including MYZONE, Strava & Garmin.
