Chef
Are you an experienced and passionate Chef looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join our Team!
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team, primarily based in our popular Burntwood Bar kitchen – a fast-paced, family-friendly pub serving quality food.
As part of the team, you may also be expected to work across different areas of the complex when required.
What We Offer:
- Full-Time, Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts on a straight-shift rota
- Weekend working is required
- A good rate of pay
What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate and experienced Chef with a strong work ethic
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy services
- Commitment to preparing and delivering high-quality food
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, food safety and HACCP procedures
- Ability to follow HACCP procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times
- Flexibility to work across different areas of the complex
- A reliable, motivated and organised approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- English language skills are required

Bar Manager
Burntwood Court is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team and oversee our bar and restaurant operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of beverages and food service, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the team, maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our bar and restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food service, mixology and wine.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- A professional, hands-on approach with a strong focus on customer service.

Spa Therapist
The Spa at Burntwood Court is a luxurious retreat dedicated to relaxation, beauty, and wellness. We take pride in delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding customer service in a serene and welcoming environment.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. If you have a professional and calming presence, a passion for beauty and wellness, and a commitment to excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (Essential)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Previous experience using ESPA (desirable but not essential)
- Strong focus on client care and high-quality service
- Experience in gel nail treatments (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing a range of spa and beauty treatments to the highest standard
- Creating a relaxing and professional experience for clients
- Providing expert advice on treatments and aftercare
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the spa
- Working as part of a team to deliver an exceptional spa experience

Bar Staff
Burntwood Court is a busy leisure and hospitality complex, and this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our hard-working team.
If you are hard-working and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, based on a straight-shift rota. Please note that these positions include working weekends.
You will be expected to work across all areas of the complex, including:
- The Hotel
- Bars and Restaurants
- Banqueting
- Weddings
Previous bar experience would be a significant advantage.
We are offering a good rate of pay.
Candidates must be over 18 years old.
