Start with an exfoliating body brush across the whole back of your body to encourage lymph drainage and blood flow. Follow with an invigorating back, neck and shoulder massage. Oil is then massaged into the legs before applying a nourishing mask to the whole back of your body. Leave the mask to do its job whilst you enjoy an energising foot massage.
